Cost accountant by education, Shirish has been a passionate wild life photographer. Since college days, he has been sportsmand, avid trekker and this love of photography has let to the foundation of “Rudra Environmental Solutions (India) Ltd, company working in waste management with emphasis on waste plastic to fuel technology. Fondly called as “Vision Engineer” by his teammates, Shirish has steered the company with focus on quality and everimproving service, where the research continues every day in perfecting the efficiency of the waste plastic to fuel technology. Company has two running plants.

Shirish also serves as a trustee of “Keshav Sita Memorial Foundation Trust”, a trust creating awareness of waste plastic and segregation at source for better waste management. Today this self-funded Trust collects waste plastic from more than 8500 households, hotels and offices in and around Pune. The trust has also been collecting waste plastic from far away places like Baramati, Baneshwar, Raigad Fort, and Bhimashankar. Shirish stated his career as an Interior decorator, graduati by becoming a builder. However, after few years when he got bored with this business, he decided to start “Mantraa Research and Consultants Pvt Ltd” and has foryed in to insurance sector with Phoenix General Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd. He serves as a Director with these companies.

He has been at the helm of the Lokadhikar Samitee, Grahak Sanrakshan Kaksha and still heads Vima Karmachari Sena, Organizations under Shivsena. He is also a member of Pune Municipal corporation school board. He has completed Mcom, AICWA, DBM and LLB.

Shirsh loves to travel and still finds time from his very busy schedule to visit wild life sanctuaries to capture the beauty of nature with his camera.

Mr. Phadtare is also on the board of “Mantraa Research & Consultants Pvt. Ltd. as a Chairman.
